Car had a tyre issue that was flagged and issue raised when booked in and this was not addressed at the time until after I enquired post service requiring having a prolonged stay at the garage. Also my car never got the complementary clean advertised

Car got recovered due to EML and outstanding recall. Was told nothing to do with recall and given quote. When car was ready advised it was covered under warranty only to get a phone call 8 hrs later to be told it wasn't and due nealy £1500.
