The experience was enjoyable and smooth from beginning to collection. Dylan Wilson our Product Consultant was friendly, knowledgable and professional, which helped make our purchase really positive. The collection was made particularly special.

Our salesman - George Maclean, is so professional in all his dealings with us, everything is explained fully and nothing is too much of a problem. Handover took place at the appointed time, vehicle was very well presented.

Got the car I wanted

Customer service and welcome were great. The Mini IT delayed the handover by about 1 hr. There appeared to be repeated problems with the system processing the electronic paperwork.

Mot was done with a video, complementary screen wash, hoovered and cleaned on the outside. This is great as I have a wee one and it's difficult to find time to get all this done so really appreciated.

While there I asked for a valuation of my car. It could not be obtained by the usual short method so a member of staff checked over the car and said they would provide a valuation. I'm still waiting! Other than that the service was fine.
