Whole process was easy. All staff in dealership including reception were excellent. Alan Stewart and Callum Graham were extremely professional and friendly and answered every question thoroughly. We felt they looked after us very well.

I was well looked after by the Assistant at the Service Reception desk. Maintenance was carried out promptly and the car returned at the time agreed.

It was good but the car wasn't washed, which was disappointing. I'm sure you're aware that there are cheaper places to get a car serviced, and my feeling is that paying more at least warrants a wash.

During check in I was stood at the service advisors desk waiting to be checked in and I wasn't even acknowledged until she finished speaking with work colleague. I kind this kind of awkward and quite uncomfortable.

Alan who showed us the range and talked us through lots of potential options was a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient, answered our multiple questions and at no point put us under any sort of presssure. It all felt comfortable and genuine.
