The service experience was fine however I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned inside and out which I agreed to but didn't happen. Bit disappointing. I was also asked to download app and it would be linked up following service - this didn't happen.

HUGE thanks to Jamie and Jamie at Inverness who worked hard to try to overcome issues, and spent some time explaining what they were able to assist with in the limited time available (as we were scheduled to return to our home 180 miles away).

They allowed me a waiting appointment if I brought my car first thing in the morning. They kept me updated while I waited, and told me to help myself to tea & coffee.
