Loved all the little extra touches - car under cover with bow on top when i arrived to collect it. And the bag in the boot with water bottle, air fresheners, hocolates etc. staff couldnt have been more helpful

Unfortunately had a very long wait. Did not expect to wait over two and a half hours for a break fluid check. Not much to do in a showroom..,.. Did have two coffee's and shortbread so extra star!

Completed within time span I had discussed with them. Complimentary lift to and from town whilst car service was being carried out. Very welcoming and helpful staff from Carol, service reception, the knowledgeable technician and the chaffeur driver
