Was a couple of week before the service department could take the car in to check a fault.

20/07/26 car taken to Arnold Clark Inverness for investigative check on a rumbling noise. Six hours later the work had not even started. A home collection was promised. Nothing happened for 2 months. The car was collected 7/9/26, I collected on 01/10

We had a lovely salesman in Oscar who answered all of our questions and understood my situation - I haven't been driving for a year due to illness and needed a smaller and easier to drive car than my Q5. So opted for an automatic.
