My Mini centre, kept me updated throughout the process of buying a new car. My product consultant helped me find a good deal for my new Mini which still incorporated what I wanted for the interior and exterior of the car.

8.15 appointment for service and MOT. Took 6 hours. The car wasn't even washed which used to be the case with Inverness Seat and VW garages.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable (we asked lots of questions about the new intake of BMW cars) reception staff. Garage team kept us up to date with service progress with a vidoe showing what they had done.

Arnold Clark BMW Inverness, I know it was my fault that the car was in their garage - this time! changed wheels, thank you! Parts department, as usual, not very helpful, because they didn't know why I had phoned them for a Locking Nut! felt mocked.

The people at the site were very kind and polite however my car was returned with issues including some system issues that were not present before including my speed limitor and cruise control failing which was dissapointing
